CNAS Laboratory in ZYfire

Founded in 2000, ZYfire was listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange in 2023.

ZYfire is specialized in the research, development, production and sales of polymer hoses for fluid transmission, providing specialized solutions and customized services for fluid transmission that hoses and pipes are resistant to high pressure and abrasion,with long distance.

More than 80% of ZYfire products are exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East and other countries and regions, fully satisfying customers' needs for "high quality, high value, low cost and short delivery time", while also providing customized solutions for customers.

The testing center of ZYfire has became the sector's first to be accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). This accreditation acknowledges testing capabilities that are recognized internationally.

The lab of is composed of a hose inspection center and material analysis and testing center, covering an area of more than 700 square meters, with more than 50 full-time researchers, that has been awarded as "Jiangsu Engineering Technology Research Center", "Jiangsu Certified Enterprise Technology Center", "Jiangsu Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base Site", "Jiangsu Enterprise Graduate Workstation" etc.

With 8 doctoral research team and more than 20 sets of various high-precision instruments and equipment worth more than USD 2 million, the lab has the capability of small-scale testing and analysis for material analysis, testing and research of physical properties as well as material modification, and can provide customized product development and application solutions for customers.

ZYfire has carried out extensive and in-depth cooperation with universities and institutes such as the Shanghai Fire Research Institute of the Ministry of Emergency Management, Southeast University and Nanjing Engineering College in the field of industry, academia and research, in order to achieve mission of ZYfire- to provide better fluid transmission solutions for the world.
