Fracflo Hose Plus is a through-the-weave TPU hose designed for produced water transfer. The hose features a TPU cover and lining manufactured using an extrusion through-the-weave construction, together with a reinforcement jacket made from 100% high-tenacity polyester filament.
Available in sizes from 4 inch to 16 inch, Fracflo Hose Plus provides different service pressure ratings to meet various produced water transfer requirements. Standard available lengths range from 100 m (330 ft) to 400 m (1,320 ft), allowing users to select a hose configuration according to project requirements.
The hose is supplied with an LDHC coupling, while the connection assembly uses a 316 stainless steel nipple, ductile iron clamp, and Viton rubber gasket.
