Oneflex Premium is a through-the-weave NBR frac water hose designed for water transfer and demanding industrial fluid-handling applications.
The hose features a Nitrile/TPR blend tube and cover with a thick-wall construction and ribbed outer surface for enhanced abrasion resistance. A 100% virgin high-tenacity polyester jacket provides reinforcement for pressure-bearing applications.
Available in internal diameters from 3" to 16", Oneflex Premium offers service pressure ratings from 100 psi to 400 psi, depending on hose size and wall thickness. Standard lengths of 100 m (330 ft) and 200 m (660 ft) are available.
Oneflex Premium uses a through-the-weave construction designed for frac water and industrial fluid-transfer applications.
The Nitrile/TPR blend tube and cover feature a ribbed outer surface for maximum abrasion resistance, together with a thick-wall construction.
The hose is reinforced with a 100% virgin high-tenacity polyester jacket, providing the structural reinforcement required for its specified working pressures.
Different hose diameters and wall thicknesses are available with service pressure ratings from 100 psi to 400 psi and minimum burst pressures from 300 psi to 1200 psi.
Across the listed specifications, both elongation at working pressure and expansion at working pressure are rated at a maximum of 5%.
Oneflex Premium is available in sizes from 3" to 16", allowing users to select a suitable diameter and pressure configuration for different transfer requirements.

The lining and cover of Oneflex Premium are specified with the following physical properties:
The tensile strength of the lining and cover shall be not less than 1500 psi (10,500 kPa).
The specified ultimate elongation is 400% minimum.
The vulcanized rubber compound is subjected to an accelerated aging test under the following conditions:
● Oxygen pressure: 300 psi ±10 psi (2100 kPa ±70 kPa)
● Temperature: 70°C ±1°C
● Test duration: 96 hours
After testing, the tensile strength and ultimate elongation shall remain greater than 60% of the original specified properties.
Oneflex Premium is specified for a range of water-transfer and industrial applications, including:
