Introducing our high-quality Nitrile Rubber Lining Hose, designed to deliver exceptional performance and durability in various industrial applications. This hose is specifically engineered with a Nitrile Rubber lining to ensure optimal resistance to oil, abrasion, and corrosion, making it an excellent choice for demanding environments.
Jacket: 100% virgin high tenacity polyester, Double Jacket, Wall is thicker then Mill-NS. Better abrasion resistance performance than Mill-NS.
Lining: Nitrile Rubber (NR)/SBR tube/CR
Nitrile Rubber (NR): Nitrile rubber is a synthetic rubber compound known for its excellent resistance to oils, fuels, and chemicals. It offers exceptional durability and flexibility, making it suitable for firefighting applications. NR lining provides a reliable barrier against the corrosive effects of chemicals and ensures the hose remains intact even when exposed to harsh substances.
SBR Tube: SBR is a synthetic rubber compound that possesses good abrasion resistance and toughness. It enhances the overall strength and durability of the lining, making it more resistant to wear and tear. The SBR tube helps protect the hose from damage caused by friction and external forces, contributing to its long lifespan.
CR: Chloroprene rubber, commonly known as neoprene, is a versatile synthetic rubber with excellent resistance to weathering, ozone, and heat. CR enhances the hose's overall resistance to environmental factors and provides an additional layer of protection against degradation due to exposure to sunlight, extreme temperatures, and other adverse conditions. It helps maintain the structural integrity and longevity of the hose.
Application: Water discharge, Wash down, Construction pumps, Cable cover, Sling protection.
Standard length: 15m (50ft), 30m (100ft).
